RavenMist Does Dynamis?!

Title sounds mighty catchy! And indeed hopefully it will be a reality! With the changes made to dynamis from the Sept. FFXI Content Update RavenMist may well be on the way to acquiring the 'precious' AF2 pieces! Plans are already under way under the direction of Karlan and Cyanna. For those interested in joining RavenMist on this venture please feel free to attend our next meeting scheduled for Sept. 19 7:00 p.m. Please be prompt and meet in Rolanberry Fields (outside of Lower Jeuno exit) as pearls for those interested in dynamis will be distributed. I'm excited to be a part of this venture as I know many other linkshell members are too. Look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting!

Crafting/Meriting/Farming

All this leveling the past few months has made a taru...well...poor. Time to fix that with some moderate crafting (cooking), farming, and when possible meriting.

Scholar 75!

Who knew this day would come! My 2nd 75 job! I've enjoyed leveling SCH these past few months. Really seems to have flown by. Now finally I'll have a 2nd job available to support the linkshell and my other activities in-game! Next stop storing up merits!

Scholar

Long time posting...I've been so busy. Wings of the Goddess expansion brought forth Scholar! Which is a great job. Perhaps the best job created in a long time in terms of its use, AF, etc. Its caused quite a stir among the FFXI community since its release, but I'm certain in time that people will come to appreciate the job more as they learn how it works. For now though I'm enjoying lvl'ing SCH!! 63 almost there! Now if only they would fix the TP-burn, reflect mobs, mentality....

!!!RDM Finally 37+!!!

Joy! Joy! Joy! The one word that can describe lvling a job that you detest just for the slight beneficial options that can be useful towards main job. I'm a good mage...but something about RDM i just couldn't fully get into. Perhaps its because they are half whm and blm and have a few traits that only they possess yet don't really excel in anything in the whm / blm realm. I've been blm to long and spent time with whm that I really don't like being a rdm and doing duties that I know my whm or blm could do better. At times however the challenge is refreshing and that's what I appreciate the most about the job. Is that they can do what others may deem impossible. The job is an extension of the players' skill. Its just my opinion to say that out of the mage jobs RDM just wasn't for me in terms of its chances of being lvl'd to 75. Maybe one day when there are more subjob options...now that'll be interesting to see. Now just one more lvl to go!
